The Service

BunnyEars AI (“BunnyEars,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Warren, a family assistant that connects to your Gmail account, identifies emails related to your children’s schools, activities, and appointments, and delivers an organized summary via SMS. By using BunnyEars, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Your Account

You connect to BunnyEars using your Google account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for any activity that occurs through your BunnyEars account.

What You Grant Us

By connecting your Google account, you grant BunnyEars permission to:

• Access your Gmail inbox in read-only mode to identify emails related to your children’s activities, schedules, and deadlines
• Access your Google Calendar in read-only mode to include upcoming family events in your digest
• Access your basic Google profile (name and email address) to identify your account

BunnyEars cannot send, modify, or delete any emails or calendar events on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

What We Promise

• Your data will be used solely to operate the BunnyEars service
• We will not sell, share, or misuse your personal data
• We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• We will notify you of any material changes to these terms or our privacy practices

SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from BunnyEars including weekly digests, deadline alerts, and responses to your questions. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for support. You can also email privacy@bunnyears.ai.

Service Availability

BunnyEars is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do our best to deliver reliable digests, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features or availability may change at any time. We will give reasonable notice before making changes that significantly affect your use of the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use BunnyEars only for organizing family and kid-related logistics. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service on behalf of someone else without their consent

Limitation of Liability

Warren is a convenience tool designed to help you stay organized. BunnyEars is not responsible for missed events, incorrectly extracted information, or any consequences of relying on the digest as your sole source of information. Always verify important dates and deadlines from their original sources.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BunnyEars’ liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You can stop using BunnyEars at any time by revoking Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions and requesting account deletion by emailing privacy@bunnyears.ai.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the service evolves. We will notify you of material changes via SMS. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
