Warren gets read-only access to your Gmail

You authorize BunnyEars through Google's standard OAuth flow — the same way you'd connect any app to your Google account. Warren receives a token that lets him read your inbox. He can never send, delete, or modify emails.

Every Monday, Warren scans the last two weeks of email

He looks at senders, subjects, and email bodies for anything related to your kids — school communications, camp registrations, permission slips, activity sign-ups, medical appointment reminders, and deadlines.

AI extracts only the action items

Warren doesn't read your personal emails. He uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to identify child-related action items and extract the key info: what needs to happen, by when, and for which kid. The email content is then discarded — it's never stored.

You get a Monday morning text

Warren texts you an organized digest: urgent items at the top, action items in the middle, and a calendar overview at the bottom. You and your partner each get your own thread.

You can reply and ask questions

Text Warren "when is Liam's soccer registration?" or "add dentist appointment Thursday 3pm" and he'll look it up or add it to your calendar. Reply 👍 to mark something done — it won't appear again.
