BunnyEars started as a personal project in a New York City apartment, after one too many missed permission slips.
I'm Eric — a dad of two kids in New York City. Sandy is in 1st grade, Lenny is in kindergarten. Between the two of them, there are two schools, four after-school programs, a pediatrician, a dentist, a therapist, three WhatsApp groups, and approximately 400 emails a month.
I missed a camp registration deadline. Then a field trip permission slip. Then I showed up to soccer on the wrong day because the schedule change was buried in a group chat I'd muted.
I'm not disorganized — I'm just overwhelmed. And I suspected every other parent was too.
So I built myself a small bot. It scanned my Gmail every week, read the PDFs, and texted me a digest every Monday morning. It took me a few weekends to get it working. It immediately became the most useful thing in my life.
My wife Patti started asking why she wasn't getting it too. Then a neighbor asked. Then another parent at school pickup. That's when I realized this wasn't just a personal problem.
BunnyEars is that bot, grown up. Warren — our AI assistant — quietly monitors your family's emails, school group chats, WhatsApp groups, and calendar. He surfaces what needs action before you miss it, and stays invisible the rest of the time.
Nobody needs to know he's there. He never posts. He never replies. He just listens.

We can read your emails. We cannot send, delete, or modify anything. Ever.
Forward or screenshot anything
See something in a group chat? Screenshot it and send it to Warren. He reads it and pulls out what matters.
We never store your emails
Emails are read, summarized, and discarded. We don't keep copies of your inbox.
Your data is never sold
We don't sell, share, or monetize your family's information. Period.
